Thanks to well-coordinated work of the Verkhovna Rada, over previous 20 years, there were no such favorable conditions, which were in 2011, for work of the executive power, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn told in an interview to the Fifth Channel.

"When we say that the Verkhovna Rada ran like clockwork, we mean that that there were no delays in adoption of those decisions, which were proposed by the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. I should say that earlier, draft legislative acts were lying for years. Today, the maximum delay makes up a month. Over previous 20 years, there were no such favorable conditions for the executive power work. Another issue is the quality of the law adoption. It should be taken into account what shakes the world now and it is clear that it would be an obvious exaggeration to speak about great effectiveness," Lytvyn said, according to UKRINFORM.
