Fresh flowers are being laid to the building of PrivatBank's outlet in Donetsk, which was attacked Thursday by unknown armed robbers. Donetsk residents are paying their tribute to the tragedy, in the memory of the bank employees killed.
According the local police department, five people were killed in the brazen robbery. Four of them are the young bank employees and a security guard. The very bank outlet is located in the center of the city, two hundred meters from the Opera and Ballet Theater, UKRINFORM reports.
Notably, no one could hear shots on the first floor of the building. They were made from the Makarov pistol and, according to police, it was done professionally. Still, in the opinion of experts, this was made not by the known gang of the Khromoy ('Lame') that while robbing banks uses automatic weapons. Operational and search activities are being performed. In addition to the Donetsk police, the investigation also involves specialists of the Interior Ministry and Security Service of Ukraine, who came from Kyiv. A criminal case has been initiated over the bank robbery in Donetsk.

"The attackers broke into the VIP-clients office and required to pay all the money. At the same time they killed five people," police said.
