The resident got into the resuscitation department of a local hospital with traumatic amputation of the right hand after he had tried to dissemble a mortar shell of 82 mm caliber.
Officials of the Emergency Control department together with local law enforcement officials have discovered about 300 shells of 125 mm caliber, 40 shells of 45 mm caliber in the back room of the house and a great number of explosives in the outhouses.
According to experts of the Emergency Control department, the explosives belong to the first category - the most dangerous. Local officials have started evacuation of residents within the area of dangerous findings. Pyrotechnicians of the local department are to take out the ammunition to a secure place for further neutralization.
