Head of the President's Administration Serhiy Lyovochkin believes that the situation with former PM Yulia Tymoshenko will not affect the initialing of the Association agreement, he told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Tymoshenko herself will hardly interfere. We all heard that she supports the initialing and ratification of the document as soon as possible," he noted.
Lyovochkin is convinced that the initialing of the Association agreement will happen in 2012. "This is a technical procedure, which provides for initialing of thousands of pages. This procedure is long and complicated, but after today's tête-à-tête meeting you can read a phrase 'as soon as possible'," the official said.
