The Kyiv Court of Appeals will continue to consider Yulia Tymoshenko’s appeal on December 20 at 10 am.
"The judges have decided that a break should be announced to allow Yulia Tymoshenko a third opportunity to participate in the proceedings. The court also requests a certificate on the status of her health from the administration of the detention facility. Consideration of the appeal is postponed to December 20, 10 am," the judge announced.
State prosecutors insisted that the appeal process continues without Tymoshenko’s presence, but the defense team argued it would be another violation of her rights.
