Police in Kyiv and Lviv arrested two previously convicted nationals of Georgia and Russia, nicknamed in the criminal world as 'Ramaz' and 'Vakha', the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said in a statement Tuesday, UKRINFORM reports.

Police officials said they came to Ukraine for the purpose of redistribution of spheres of influence in the criminal environment and tried to control groups that deal with property offenses.

The law enforcers decided to expel these criminals, and also issued a ruling prohibiting their entering into the territory of Ukraine for a period of five years. 'Ramaz is already outside of Ukraine, and 'Vakha' will soon leave the country, police said.
