Head of the Party of Regions factions Oleksandr Yefremov believes that the court has made legal decision to arrest Yulia Tymoshenkofor the second time. He told briefing that if Tymoshenko is released it will prove the law does not function in Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
"If we make a populist decision and order the court to release her somehow, Ukraine will be accused of being not democratic state. We are trying to observe the laws in our state," he said.
Commenting on information about Tymoshenko's illness, Yefremov underlined that repeated reports of doctors prove absence of any threat to her heath.
The Mp also added that according to information of the Prosecutor's General Office the conditions of Tymoshenko's detention are more comfortable than those of other detainees.
