Starting from 2013 Sevastopol will get additional 200 million hryvnias to the current payment of 117 million hryvnias for stationing of Russian Black Sea Fleet on its territory, deputy mayor of Sevastopol Serhiy Savenko informed.

Savenko reminded that decree of the Cabinet of November 16, 2011 recommends the local authorities of Crimea to set the rent rate for RF BSF stationing on the territory of Ukraine for 2013 at the amount of 3% of the land value. "Now we are receiving 117 million hryvnias, but from 2013 the city will get additional 200 million, which can be directed to social needs," the deputy mayor said.

"In 2014 this sum will be bigger, as according to the decree the rent will be increased up to 4%. This is another 350 million hryvnias," he added.

Savenko also informed that standard money evaluation of the land used by Russia Fleet in Ukraine had been finished and the results had been sent to the Russian side for approval. However, the sides have not agreed on all lots yet, according to Savenko.
