Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov declares that graduates of foster homes are not ready for independent life and that it is needed to work out a complex of measures on improvement of the situation.
"All these children are practically helpless outside foster homes. They don't know how to count money, how to pay, what is communal services and so on. I instruct the Ministry for social policy, Justice Ministry and Ministry of Education to work out modern programs of social adaptation for orphans," Azarov said at a Cabinet's session, ForUm correspondent reports.
Earlier PM Azarov stated he would take under personal control the problems of orphans.
