The Kyiv city administration and Microsoft corporation signed a memorandum about participation and support of electronic management in the city by the U.S. corporation.
"They (Microsoft) are ready to set up the investment portal, ready to automate our budgetary process and to set up the social network of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship," deputy head of the Kyiv city state administration Ruslan Kramarenko has said, UKRINFORM reports.
According to him, during a visit to the Silicon Valley in the USA representatives of Kyiv authority and Ukrainian business met also with other large IT companies, which were proposed to invest in development of information technologies in the capital.
According to Kramarenko, a final decision will be taken during visits of potential investors to Kyiv.
