New prices for the Russian gas may be announced the next week or at the beginning of December, Party of Regions deputy Oleksiy Plotnikov told "Channel 5".
"I really hope that the next week or at the beginning of December the new price for the Russian gas and new contracts will be announced. We expect better situation, then the state budget provides for now," Plotnikov declared.
As reported, President Viktor Yanukovych says Ukraine and Russia are to reach an agreement on the gas price before the end of 2011.
