Russia wants to have customs tax break for goods, imported for it Black See Fleet, spokesman of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry Oleksandr Dykusarov told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, November 24-25 Ukraine and Russia are holding regular talks on stationing of Russian BSF on the territory of Ukraine.
"The main subject of the coming round of negotiations is a draft project, submitted by Russia, on privileged customs regime for imported material and technical goods for Russia Fleet," he said.
Dykusarov also added that the talks are also called to determine whether the given draft project meets the Ukrainian legislation, the Customs Code in particular.
