All sections of the fence around Ukraine's parliament, earlier dismounted by opposition deputies, has been restored overnight.

On November 18 MPs from opposition dismounted the fence around the parliamentary building, having cut off the second section of the gates and opening the passage directly to the parliamentary doors from the side of the Constitution square.

Oppositional deputy Andriy Parubiy (Our Ukraine faction) with the help of other deputies has cut off with an angle grinder some fence's sections. The MPs have declared that the fence belongs to no one and they have decided to remove it.

On November 14 speaker Volodymyr Lytyvn declared the parliament had nothing to do with installation of the fence and that the Kyiv authorities were the probable owner of the fence.

In response to MP's inquiry the Kyiv authorities denied any involvement into installation of the fence around the building of Ukrainian parliament, saying they did not issue any orders.
