Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and his Lithuanian counterpart Dalia Grybauskaite at their meeting in Kyiv November 22 will discuss issued related to an Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, Lithuanian Ambassador to Ukraine Petras Vaitiekunas told UKRINFORM.
"At a meeting with Viktor Yanukovych the sides will discuss Ukraine's European integration, namely the conclusion of an Association Agreement with the EU, free trade, visa-free trips and other aspects. We hope for fruitful dialogue to achieve this goal and actively support Ukraine on the path of European integration," he said. The diplomat added the two presidents would also focus on economic, regional, political cooperation, enhancing the security and humanitarian areas.
"I hope we will achieve progress in our relations - more active, pragmatic cooperation aimed at achieving concrete results," the ambassador of Lithuania emphasized.
