Ukraine's parliament refused to include into agenda the draft bill on prohibition of traffic control during passing of president's, premier's or speaker's corteges. The Mps also refused to consider the draft bill on prohibition of fencing buildings of state authorities.
The author of the both draft bills is Our Ukraine MP Arseny Yatsenyuk.
During the consideration some MPs accused Yatsenyuk of publicity move on the eve of parliamentary elections. According to PR deputy Smityukh, Yatsenyuk himself ordered to close roads when being in office of parliamentary speaker.
After the voting vice speaker Adam Martyniuk also declared that for the last 4-5 months neither the speaker nor the Premier had closed the roads of Kyiv.
