Yesterday the capital chose the best double-ganger of poet Taras Shevchenko.
29 people sent their photos for the contest, and Stanislav Novak from Chernihiv was announced the winner. The winner was awarded with national dress and wooden plate decorated with Kobzar portrait and cranberry tree.
"Stanislav Novak has such a strong resemblance with Shevchenko that if original Taras Shevchenko had taken part in the contest he would have lost to Novak," say the authors of the contest, the Kapranovs brothers.
