Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov stands against commercials of medicine, he told a briefing.

"I am very negative about it. I am not a specialists in healthcare, but even I know you cannot take Mezym just like this. But if our people are told every day that Mezym is indispensable, they will finally start taking it. And for what? To damage pancreas and get sick? That's why I stand against such commercials," Azarov said.

According to Premier, commercials of medicine must be banned by law, and it is needed to bring order into prescription case.

As Azarov said, sooner or later Ukraine should meet European standards of treatment.
As a reminder, October 6 the parliament of Ukraine failed to pass a draft bill, according to which medicine can be promoted only in specialized editions. Only 69 out of408 MPs voted in support.
