President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych declares that mass purchase of weapons for armed protests actions is occurring in Ukraine. He said at the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"There are calls to revolution, and the law enforcement bodes inform me that there is mass purchase of weapons in the country and preparation to armed attacks on power branches. What? People lost fear and conscience? Who is organizing this? I don't think it is those who suffer the most. Those, who suffer the most, keep silence, sit down and wait," he said.
Yanukovych called upon the deputies to hold a dialogue with the people.
