Speaker of the parliament Volodymyr Lytvyn believes that the most conflict draft bills are draft bills on parliamentary elections, on state budget and on decriminalization of economic crimes.

"There are 238 amendments to the draft bill on decriminalization. I talked to the head of the relevant committee and we agreed that UN convention resolution must be included. It concerns the definition of the abuse of office crime, which is obtaining of knowingly illegal profit by an official or his or her relative. We should see whether this convention resolution will have effect on the well-known case (Tymoshenko's case - ed.)," Lytvyn explained.

Speaking about the draft bill on parliamentary elections, Lytvyn said that political parties would calculate their chances and act in accordance with their ratings.

"As for the budget, next week we will consider the draft bill in its second reading. But first we need to discuss with the government whether it agrees with the amendments, submitted by the relevant committee. I want to remind we have amendments for 384 milliard hryvnias, and it is more than another budget," Lytvyn summed up.
