Successful implementation of national projects to
construct prenatal centers and children's hospitals is extremely
important, President Viktor Yanukovych said at today’s nationwide
meeting on children’s rights protection, ForUm learned from the presidential press office.
"I am confident that
in modern times, successful implementation of national projects to
construct perinatal centers and modern children's hospitals will
significantly improve the quality of medical services for children," he
said.
The President said that currently, the problem
of ensuring children their right
to healthy development is extremely acute in Ukraine. He reiterated that
maternity and children protection remains an integral part of reforming
national healthcare.
