Interior Minister of Ukraine Anatoly Mohyliov called upon the members of the parliament not to violate the traffic regulations.
"Nobody will follow the deputies trying to catch them, but still I would ask the MPs to follow the traffic rules," he told a briefing.
The minister reminded that a deputy's driver does not have any privileges or immunity, and in case of violation will be brought to administrative responsibility together with the deputy, who can also be brought to liability, as any other citizen.
Mohyliov also assured he would personally protect traffic police officials, who fine MPs for traffic rules violation.
