Prosecutor's General Office has cancelled the illegal resolution on closing the criminal case against Yulia Tymoshenko on embezzlement of 25 million UAH from the state budget, tax evasion at the amount of 20 million UAH by means of creating corrupt financial scheme in "United Energy Systems" and concealment of income, ForUm learned from the PGO's press office.
At the same time the PGO is challenging illegal court decisions on closing other episodes of criminal activity on the given case.
The pretrial investigation is being carried out by the tax police.
