Deputy speaker of the parliament Mykola Tomenko declares that 99.9% of deputies' amendments to the draft state budget for 2012 have been rejected.

In his speech he criticized the draft bill in general, saying in particular that the document does not provide for expenses for government agencies, ForUm correspondent reports.

The vice-speaker also informed that 99.9% of deputies' propositions, including those from the majority, have been rejected. "What for do we need the parliament then? This is the budget of the government, not of the parliament," he said.

As reported, the Vekhovna Rada of Ukraine is considering the draft bill on state budget for 2012.
