The Verhovna Rada of Ukraine has supported the resolution submitted by speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn on cancellation of the decree of September 20 on time order on the territory of Ukraine, which provides for establishing the second time zone with additional hour, ForUm correspondnet reports.
295 MPs have voted for the resolution. Hence, until the Cabinet works out a corresponding law on time order, Ukraine will switch to 'winter time'.
This year the time conversion happens October 30 night.
