For the third the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine failed to cancel the decision of September 20 on time order on the territory of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
Only 107 MPs voted this time in support of cancellation.
The Party of Regions faction deputy head Mykhailo Chechetov declared that it would be better to leave everything as it is and to regulate the time issue with a separate law after the Cabinet together with experts works it out.
In his turn, speaker Lytyvn proposed first to cancel the resolution, and then work out and adopt a corresponding law.
