The draft bill provides for establishing the second time zone of the international system of time zones on the territory of Ukraine for the whole year, without switching from summer to winter time.
To make Ukrainian time correspond to the second time zone, the deputy proposes to set back one hour once and for all.
According to the draft bill, the parliamentary decree of September 20 on cancellation of annual time conversion and establishing the second time zone with additional hour becomes inoperative.
According to Kolesnichenko, the parliament's decree of September 20 was a mistake, which complicated life of Western Ukraine citizens.
