BYuT deputy Serhiy Vlasenko told an investigator he was ready to take over new case against Yulia Tymoshenko as her lawyer, Prosecutor's General Office spokesman Yuri Boichenko told ForUm.

According to him, before the interrogation Vlasenko visited Tymoshenko in the detention facility. "When the investigator came with documents on the new case to collect personal data of Tymoshenko, the ex-PM refused to talk without her lawyer. The investigator called Vlasenko and the latter assured he was ready to come for interrogation," Boichenko said.

According to Boichenko, Vlasenko informed the investigator that he had already visited Tymoshenko and was busy for that moment, but agreed to come on Monday.
