Yulia Tymoshenko’s lawyer, Serhiy Vlasenko, says that the statement by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) regarding his participation in the ex-premier’s questioning is not true.
“As of today, Yulia Tymoshenko does have a lawyer in this case. Yulia Tymoshenko informed the investigator yesterday that she has not determined this yet," Serhiy Vlasenko said, ForUm learned from Tymoshenko's official website.
The MP said that he couldn’t have participated in any interrogations or investigative actions regarding Yulia Tymoshenko, therefore he couldn’t have interrupted anything.
“The statement by the PGO press service is a lie,” Vlasenko said.
