October 12 the Security Service of Ukraine has instituted a case against Yulia Tymoshenko, SBU main department official Ivan Derevianko told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The main investigation department of SBU has instituted a criminal case against citizens of Ukraine Tymoshenko and Lazarenko," he said in particular.
Derevianko informed that Tymoshenko is being accused of transferring the debt of United Energy Systems of Ukraine to Russian Defense Ministry in the amount of 405 million 500 thousand USD to the state budget of Ukraine.
