There is no political force in Ukraine able to compete with the Party of Regions, the PR faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov said in an interview to 'Den' newspaper.
According to him, such force has not been formed yet. "No one can compete with the structuring potential of the Part of Regions. Today we are fighting with ourselves, as sometimes our mistakes, not our opponents, work against us," Yefremov said.
He also expressed an opinion that BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko cannot be a strong opposition member. "If a person failed to succeed in power, how can he or she succeed in opposition? It is more difficult to work in opposition. When Yanukovych was in opposition, he held sessions of oppositional Cabinet every day in order to improve economic situation in the country," Yefremov pointed out.
