Ukraine guarantees the transit of natural gas across its territory to European countries, President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said in an interview with Greek newspaper ' Ethnos tis Kyriakis', ForUm learned from the presidential press office.
"With regard to transit, it will be provided. We are ready for the winter: we have pumped into underground storage more than 20 billion cubic meters of gas. This volume of gas guarantees the necessary supply to all European consumers. And we will do it together; this is our commitment with Russia," the President said.
