"The main obstacle for Ukraine's rapprochement with the European Union is that the EU MPs believe the current authorities of Ukraine are leading the country in the opposite from Europe direction," he said. Rybachuk pointed out that at the Warsaw summit "Eastern partnership" EU representatives were united in this opinion.
"In their opinion, it is inadmissible to use the Criminal Code for political decisions," the expert summed up.
