The head of the Party of Regions parliamentary faction Oleksandr Yefremov does not exclude that the presidential draft bill on parliamentary elections may be adopted before the official conclusion of the Venice Commission.

"Having the preliminary conclusion of the Venice Commission we may put the draft bill on vote in its first reading. Then, having received the official information from the Venice Commission we will improve it and pass in its second reading," Yefremov told journalists, ForUm's correspondent reported.

He also informed that 13 draft bills submitted for consideration today would not be passed. According to him, the majority of the draft bills are just "PR actions of certain deputies, who want to prove they took part in the law-making process."
