Parliamentary faction of the Party of Regions is ready to consider decriminalization of the article of the Criminal Court, on which Yulia Tymoshenko is accused, Dmytro Shentsev, deputy party chairman said, ForUm learned from the party press office.
"The main condition of cancellation of criminal sentence on this article is restitution to the state in general and to Naftogaz in particular, as well as payment of all taxes to the state budget. Only under these conditions we will consider this issue," Shentsev noted.
As a reminder, September 27 president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych submitted to the parliament a draft bill on decriminalization of economic crimes.
