But he is accused of improper performance of official duties. This is one of the offenses of the group of so-called "malfeasance in office," the MP emphasized.
He said that in some countries there are no such articles. "But these countries don't have such corruption level that exists in Ukraine, Russia and some other European countries," the parliamentarian said.
