Poland will open more consulates in Ukraine, official of Polish embassy in Ukraine Rafał Wolski told a press conference, ForUm's correspondent reports.

He reminded that Poland has its consulates in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odesa, Vynnytsia and Sevastopol and informed it is planned to open several visa application centers, in particular in Ivano-Frankivsk, Dniepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Lviv.

Wolski noted that formation of such visa centers is aimed at simplification of visa application procedure. He also informed for the last eight months Poland has granted 381 thousand of Schengen visas. The level of visa denial is 2.6-7.7%

ForUm also learned that similar centers might be opened soon in Zhytomir, Ternopil, Rivne and Crimea.
