Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anatoly Mohyliov stands for stiffening of responsibility for drunk driving.
According to the minister the legislation must regulate the single punishment for drunk driving - depriving of driving license.
The minister feels sorry about the fact that only a small number of drivers caught during drunk driving have been deprived of the driving license.
