In 2012 on 10-15% will be increased the expenditures on social services. These indicators will depend on economic growth, MP of Ukraine, member of the Party of Regions parliamentary faction Yaroslav Sukhy stated in the Parliament.
"After the shock of 2008-2009, which society experienced, when there was even no budget for 2010 until spring, it is very difficult for anti-crisis programme and development programme to enter the normal track. And in whole the situation is simple - the economy will grow - social indicators will grow," the MP said, ForUm learned from the press office of the Party of Regions.
He added that it is too early to say that the main budget of the country is the budget of development.
"Unfortunately, we are unable to make the main thing - to allocate substantial funds from the budget for investment in basic industries of the economy. Again and again we spend all money on eating, and we have to do it because we owe a lot of money to people," Yaroslav Sukhy said.
"However, all expenditures for social services will be increased on 10-15% next year," he said.
"When we were in opposition, we wanted one thing – to get the real content of living wage. Currently living wage lags behind the real probably by 30%. So, in 2014 we will enter the actual content of living wage. And then we will enter normal indicators of minimum wage and minimum pension," the MP assured.
