Last night students of the National University "Kyiv-Mogylinska Academy" continued the protest action on dismissal of education minister Dmytro Tabachnyk.
The president of the Academy Serhiy Kvit came out to the students and expressed his disagreement with their actions.
He said it was wrong to camp an unauthorized tent town and called upon everybody to go home. Kvit also informed that after the incident with flowers Tabachnyk cancelled financing of reparation of dormitories and of other needs of the Academy.
Besides, a letter signed by the head of VR committee on education Volodymyr Polohalo was delivered to the University with a demand to dismiss the student Darya Stepanenko, Obozrevatel reports.
