State penitentiary institution declares absence of necessity to treat former interior miniter Yuri Lutsenko outside the isolator, chairman of the institution Oleksandr Lisitskov told the press.
According to him, it has been held a total diagnostic examination of Lutsenko, as a result of which a treatment was prescribed. Doctors decided that Lutsenko can be treated within the wall of the detention facility.
