Forty percent of Ukrainians believe that the situation in their country will not change even if the entire staff of central and local government agencies is simultaneously replaced with other people, according to a survey conducted by the Razumkov Center, UKRINFORM reported.
Some 29.5% of respondents expressed the opposite view. Only 8.8% of respondents believe that the situation in Ukraine in this case would have worsened. Some 21.8% of those polled could not answer this question.
The survey was conducted in all Ukrainian regions on August 10-17.
