Leader of the Party of Regions parliamentary faction Oleksandr Yefremov is indignant at that the opposition deputies do not take part in the parliament's work.

"The opposition faction is not working today in the parliament. They say they are taking part in the court hearings on Yulia Tymoshenko's case, but there is no court session today. The parliament is considering very important draft bills, and they are not here," Yefremov told a briefing dedicated to the week's results.

The MP does not exclude that the opposition deputies only pretend to attend court sessions, "but in fact they decided to prolong their vacations."

He also noted that the authorities want the opposition forces to unite in order "to be able to express their opinion while working under this or that document." Yefremov complained that because of opposition's disunion it is impossible to isolate their point of view.
