Ukrgazvydobuvannya, a daughter of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, has unveiled the Borove gas field, Zmiev district, Ukraine's eastern Kharkiv region, whose inferred reserves are estimated at 1.2 billion cubic meters, Ukrgazvydobuvannya said in a statement Friday, UKRINFORM reported.
A 4,340-meter exploratory well was drilled at the deposit with the further inflow of gas.
Presently, Ukrgazvydobuvannya is preparing the geological materials on the deposit to be submitted to the State Commission for Mineral Reserves.
In order to further explore the deposit, the company is planning to continue exploration operations.
