After the reorganization "Naftogaz Ukraine" will be liquidated, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov told journalists at a briefing.
He noted that Naftogaz will be reorganized into a gas extraction company and gas transit enterprise. Azarov pointed out that liquidation of Naftogas is yet another ground to review gas contracts with Gazprom.
"Naftogaz as a company will cease to exist, and after a liquidation period new companies will operate at the market. Therefore, the actual agreements will have to be reviewed," the Premier said.
At the same time Azarov underlined that all credit instruments of Naftogaz are under the state guarantee and will be fulfilled.
