According to the instruction, the Prime Minister is to make proposals on the possibility of early implementation of the Plan by October 1.
In addition, the President instructed Vice Premier for Economic Affairs Serhiy Tigipko, Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych, and Foreign Minister Kostyantyn Gyishchenko to take steps for Ukraine to join the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence.
