Yesterday the court informed that a letter had been received from a representative of Viktor Yushchenko saying that he would not be able to testify because he was outside the country and requesting that his testimony from the pre-trial investigation be read aloud instead.
At the request of the defense, the court send another summons to Viktor Yushchenko and ordered Bohdan Sokolovsky’s mandatory appearance in court.
