President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych is confident the assessment of events that took place in Ukrainian history should be made by historians, he said in an interview during a working visit to the Kherson region. When asked about the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court on the illegality of conferring Roman Shukhevych and Stepan Bandera the titles of Hero of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych stressed that he "has never questioned decisions of any courts."
