Judge Rodion Kireyev has denied Yulia Tymoshenko’s requests to drop the criminal case against her, hold a jury trial, provide additional time to study the case materials, lift the travel ban and all the other motions filed by the defense with the court. The case will be considered by a single judge.

"The criminal procedure code provides that in such situations the cases should be combined. They’re not combining them because they want to extend the travel ban as long as possible, until the parliamentary elections, so that I can’t communicate with people," Yulia Tymoshenko said about the court’s decision.

Judge Rodion Kireyev also announced that the proceedings continue on June 29.
