"For the EURO it is planned from 250 to 400 cars, while the cities may order the cars themselves, because it is a commercial activity of the plant, and I speak as a customer from the government - for the Ministry of Health, for EURO 2012," Kolesnikov emphasized adding that in coming months the Lviv Bus Plant LAZ will fully develop the technology for production of cars, UKRINFORM reported.
The deputy premier informed that the cost of one car will be from 70,000 to 80,000 euros. "The French such car is worth 100,000 euros, Volkswagen and Mercedes - 110,000 euros. That is the plant wants to save 25-30%," Kolesnikov emphasized.
