Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said that her lawyer has
reviewed much of the documentation in the criminal case against her.
"I have read several of the volumes of documents, but my lawyer has already reviewed a substantial part of the material in this case," Yulia Tymoshenko told reporters today before her latest visit to the Prosecutor General’s Office,according to her official website.
Yulia Tymoshenko reiterated that she will not drag out the review of the case files. "I want to go to court as soon as possible to demonstrate whether or not courts exist in Ukraine. I want to see how in the absence of a crime, as they say for 'the illegal payment of pensions,' the judges will turn a blind eye to justice and the law, and will issue a ruling based on instructions from Yanukovych," she said.
